The SA participates in ensuring the service and selling environment within the store is fun and engaging for customers at all times. The SA performs a variety of responsibilities assigned by the Store Management team which may include driving sales, delivering outstanding customer service to our customer, merchandising, cashiering and processing freight.
Implements the policies and procedures required for Center Security in a humanistic and professional manner. Secures from harm,
theft or misuse the grounds, property, students and personnel of the Center.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Associate’s Degree preferred.
Experience: One year experience in military/industrial security or fire prevention required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
Effective Verbal and written communication skills.
Effective organizational skills.
Effective interpersonal skills.
NORMAL WORK SCHEDULE:
Tuesday: 1:00 am – 8:00 am Wednesday: 1:00 am – 8:00 am Saturday: 4:00 pm – 12:00 am
LICENSE OR CERTIFICATIONS:
A valid Regular Driver License is required.
The SM ensures the service and selling environment within the store is fun and engaging for customers at all times. The SM is accountable for making critical decisions that contribute to growing the customer base and driving profitable sales growth. The SM directs all Sales/Credit, Talent, Customer and Operations functions within the store.
